Mock Chicken (Tempeh) Salad
- 200 g tempeh
- 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise Veganaise
- 1 celery stalk finely chopped
- 1 small onion minced
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley minced
- Steam tempeh for 2 minutes and allow to cool.
- Cut into cubes slightly smaller than 1/2 inch.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and mix.
