- Large Stockpot
- 5 lbs variety of apples (sour, sweet, tangy, etc) peeled and cored
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- Put ingredients into the pot and cook over medium heat until apples are very mushy.
- This takes about 20 minutes.
- Once the apples are cooked, remove the cinnamon sticks and mash or blend apples until you get the optimal texture for you.
Can be served warm as a healthy snack or drizzle of maple syrup for a sweet treat.
