- 1/3 cup tahini
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- ~4 tbsp water
- Add all ingredients except water to a small mixing bowl and whisk tocombine.
- Slowly add water 1 Tbsp at a time until you reach a smooth and creamyconsistency. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 5 days.
- Serving suggestions: enjoy as a dressing on salad, drizzled over veggies, ricebowls or falafel.
