Our Mission

After witnessing our grandmother live out her so-called “golden years” in a nursing home — isolated, over-medicated, and malnourished, we made it our life’s mission to change the trajectory of aging. We believe in the life-enhancing value of creating a community of support through movement, education, and good nutrition. We know we’re making a difference. We want to help you make a difference, too.
