Breath of Joy is a fantastic way to encourage your bodies natural detoxification system to do it’s job. This breath work targets the lymphatic system because the movements are concentrated around the chest, arms and hips. These areas of the body have a considerable amount of lymphatic presence. There is a saying in natural health that “if you are not moving, your lymph system it not moving” so this is a fun way to get it moving. Practice first thing in the morning and add to your routine of self care; you will be more “joyful” for it!
