The items you will need to follow along are a sturdy chair, water, and (optional) hand weights.
This short, high intensity circuit workout will engage your upper and lower body which allows for optimal peripheral blood flow. Proper blood flow can provide energy, boost metabolism, reduce pain, fight stress and allow you to live your best years!
