How do I sign into my membership once I am registered?

From the home page, click on the button on the top right of your screen and type in your username and password.

What if I need technical assistance?

We are here to help. Please email or call us with any questions.

Can I update my credit card information?

Yes. Log in to your account to make these changes.

How do I reset my password or log in?

You should create a safe place to store your username and password. But don’t worry, if you forget your password, you can always reset it.

How do I renew my membership?

You should receive an email reminding you that your membership is expiring. Please follow the instructions on the email or contact us with any questions.

How do I cancel my membership?

Of course, we would hate to see you go, but if you are not completely satisfied you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply click on My Account and then go to Membership Cancel. Please refer to our Terms of Service under the section Payment of Fees for clarification of our cancellation and refund policies.
