To create a 40-day BYG meditation challenge! To find a style of meditation that works for you and to make it a DAILY habit. 


Activity

  1. Visit the Audio Yoga and Meditations page.
  2. Set aside some time to go through each example that you are called to and write down which ones you want to put into practice. You can stick with one or choose several, if you like a variety.
  3. Print out the Checklist below and hold yourself accountable to 40 days of practice.
