Anytime Frittata

Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pinch turmeric (optional)
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp chicken or vegetable broth
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 small tomato, chopped (Remove excess pulp)
- 2 tbsp cilantro or parsley, chopped
- sale and pepper to taste

Chop onions and garlic and let sit for at least 5 minutes to enhance their health-promoting properties.
