  • 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/3 cup raw beets, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen (If using fresh, add extra ice!)
  • 1/2 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (or filtered water)
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Place all items in a blender and mix on high speed until smooth.
  2. Add extra liquid and/or ice until you reach desired consistency.
