Blood Boosting Smoothie

- 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/3 cup raw beets, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen (If using fresh, add extra ice!)
- 1/2 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (or filtered water)
- 1 cup ice
- Place all items in a blender and mix on high speed until smooth.
- Add extra liquid and/or ice until you reach desired consistency.
