- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1-2 tbsp apple juice (or water)
- 1 tbsp minced red onion (or substitute dried onion)
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- sea salt and pepper, to taste
- Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth, thinning with apple juice (or water)
to reach desired consistency.
- Drizzle over salad, or try it on baked or grilled chicken.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 4 days.
