Ingredients

  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1 cup cherries, frozen
  • 1 date, pitted
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or use any other greens)
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Place all items in a blender and mix on high speed until smooth. Add extra liquid and/or ice until you reach desired consistency.
