Clean Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
- 1 cup water
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion, separated
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a large Crock-Pot or slow cooker. Cook on low, 4-6 hours, until chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
- Shred chicken breast and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
