Clean Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onion, separated
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large Crock-Pot or slow cooker.  Cook on low, 4-6 hours, until chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
  2. Shred chicken breast and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
