Cooling Post-Workout Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mint tea
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Make tea by adding two tea bags to 2 cups of hot water and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags.
  3. Add salt and maple syrup and mix until dissolved.
  4. Let cool, then add coconut water and lemon juice.
