Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 5 whole dated, pitted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice (only if using fresh banana)

Directions

  1. Finely chop dates.
  2. Combine coconut milk, banana, dates, vanilla extract, and almond butter to blender and blend until smooth.
