Date Delight Breakfast Smoothie

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1 small banana (fresh or frozen)
- 5 whole dated, pitted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ice (only if using fresh banana)
- Finely chop dates.
- Combine coconut milk, banana, dates, vanilla extract, and almond butter to blender and blend until smooth.
