Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 4 dates, pitted
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 8-10 oz unsweetened almond milk, depending on preference of consistency

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy a hearty smoothie that is filling and satisfying until your next meal.
  2. May use fresh and/or frozen fruits but frozen makes for a smooth consistency.
