- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 4 dates, pitted
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 8-10 oz unsweetened almond milk, depending on preference of consistency
Directions
- Blend all ingredients and enjoy a hearty smoothie that is filling and satisfying until your next meal.
- May use fresh and/or frozen fruits but frozen makes for a smooth consistency.
