Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 15.5 oz cans organic chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 5 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
Directions
- Brown the peeled garlic in 2 tsp olive oil on low heat
- Chop when cooled
- Place all ingredients in a food processor; pulse and scrape bowl often to mix
- Add more lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
