No Cook Date Balls

  • 2 cups almonds, sliced (whole almonds are fine)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp tahini or nut butter
  • 18 medium dried, pitted dates


  1. Grind almonds and cinnamon in a food processor until finely chopped.
  2. Add tahini and continue to pulse.
  3. Add dates and chop until all ingredients are blended well (remember: make sure there are no pits!)
  4. Form into 1″ balls and refrigerate.
