Rejuvenating Post-Workout Drink

- 1 cup 100% coconut water
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp 100% maple syrup
- Mix water at room temperature (or warm) with the salt and maple syrup until the salt and maple syrup are dissolved.
- Add coconut water, pineapple juice, lemon and enjoy!
