Our virtual coaching sessions offer an opportunity to address your specific health goals. Working together, in a personal session, is the optimal way to receive the individualized attention to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

What to Expect

Virtual YOGA Sessions

  • We will start with a conversation: what you hope to get out of yoga practice, your general fitness level, your degree of flexibility, and any previous injuries or health conditions that need to be accommodated.
  • Then you will receive a postural assessment (sitting, standing and walking) analysis and general fitness assessment.
  • Together we will develop a personalized plan for your specific needs that you can implement in the comfort our own home.

How to Prepare For Your Session

  • Schedule your session below by clicking on the virtual yoga option.
  • Once your session is scheduled we will send you a release form.
  • Download Zoom to your computer or tablet.
  • We will send a zoom link prior to your appointment and meet you in the zoom room on the scheduled time and date.
  • Choose a space in your home convenient for you to roll out your mat and small table to set up your computer.
  • Wear comfortable clothes and bare feet.

Virtual HEALTH COACHING Session

  • Health coaching starts as a conversation: What types of food are you eating now? How often do you eat out per week? Do you exercise? What in your life takes priority over devoting time to your health? What changes would you like to see in your life and your health?
  • Together we will come up with a suggested game-plan, including suggested supplements, foods to focus on and/or avoid, and other creative ideas.
