Alicia Bliss

E-RYT, Yoga Coach

Alicia is a Certified Senior Yoga Therapist, specializing in Functional Aging and Mindfulness. She is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the older adult community. Alicia is a partner (with her twin sister, Alison) in a successful health coaching practice in the beautiful Carolinas. She also teaches at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Furman University (SC) as well as Senior Action centers and other locales throughout the southeast.

Alicia believes growing in age is not about a number, rather it’s a season of life that offers a chance to slow down and take in what really matters. She loves helping her clients to maintain high levels of physical and mental abilities as they get older, so they can continue to do the things they need to do, want to do, and dream of doing.

Alicia has over 18 years experience empowering people to implement simple, health-centered, daily habits that create impactful and lasting change in their lives. In 2018, Alicia and Alison began co-creating the Best Years Group, an online wellness resource for active agers.

Alicia’s passions include advocating for seniors, the science of mindfulness, teaching, gardening, merging with nature, playing the guitar, singing & dancing, contagious laughter, unwavering optimism, and her own personal development.
