The Best Years Group has been a wonderfully inspirational resource for me. The body type and nutritional information allowed me to refine my food preferences and make mealtime healthier with better digestion. Yoga has been valuable to my less flexible body! I go to classes at times, but now I can complete exercises at home and I know my body and health benefit.
