  • Avocados
  • Olives
  • Almonds
  • Nuts 
  • Oils (avocado, coconut, olive oil)

Magnesium Rich Foods

  • Black beans
  • Spinach
  • Swiss Chard
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Sunflower seeds

Many of these foods can be combined easily to make your meals not only more heart-healthy, but also more delicious! Think guacamole, tahini dressing and tapenade!

Warming spices such as ginger, cinnamon and clove provide the Air type with a feeling of grounding and nourishment. Try to start your day with a dash of these spices in your favorite breakfast muesli or granola.

Pumpkin spice chickpea snack mix, chia seed pudding and spice baked apples are delicious snack or dessert ideas that incorporate these nourishing spices.

Sample Menu for Air Heart 

Upon Waking: Warm lemon or lime water with a pinch of pink salt

Breakfast: Basic Muesli topped with strawberries

Snack: No Cook Date Balls

Lunch: Mock Chicken Salad, substitute 1/2 mashed avocado + 1 tbsp EVOO for vegan mayonnaise

Dinner: Kitchari

Before bed: A warm glass of almond milk with a pinch of cinnamon, cloves and maple syrup
