Welcome to your Yoga for Mind Health series!

As you will notice, we have set up this section a little differently. There will not be as much emphasis on a physical practice because this series’ focus is on your mental practice. However, that’s not to say you should abandon what you’ve been doing – this section just adds another “layer” to your yoga!

I encourage you to try each practice and and choose the ones that seems most helpful to you. Then, make a 21 day challenge for yourself. Mark it on your calendar to chart your dedication. Just like starting anything new, you will get better every time you do it. Also, the audio meditations in the Audio section of the BYG Yoga Library are a great way to practice mindfulness from your phone, your tablet or anywhere you are.
