Yoga: Journey to the Heart

Welcome to the Journey to the Heart Meditation. To prepare, set aside about 10 minutes in a quiet, warm space. Please situate yourself in a comfortable position, you can lie down or sit in a chair to practice. Just make sure you are totally at ease wherever you are.

All you have to do is press play and simply listen. Enjoy this relaxation technique and learn to experience the deep sense of peace that the practice of meditation can offer.
