Loving-Kindness Meditation (sometimes called “metta” meditation) has been used for centuries in the East as a way to cultivate our propensity for kindness.

Notice the effects of this practice as it’s known to generate a deep sense of joy. It can enhance your natural capacity for love and kindness for yourself and everyone around you. To practice, begin in a comfortable seated position.
