There are many different ways to meditate and movement is such a great example. In this new yoga video you will learn how to move intentionally through techniques such as Thai-Qi and QiGong . Moving, gracefully or gracelessly, can be just the healthy detraction your mind needs to help you come back to a natural centered state of being. This video can be done anytime of the day, but upon waking is a great time to gently move the body. Remember not to focus on what you look like, just enjoy and let your body move naturally.
