One of the detoxification systems most impacted by yoga is the lymphatic system. It is sometimes called the “second circulation,” but the lymph system doesn’t rely on a pump to make it work. So, we must to MOVE to get it moving!

In this video we will be tapping, breathing and moving specific areas in the body that have a concentrated amount of lymph nodes. This will assist the system to move and detox more efficiently. 

Add this to your morning routine to wake up the lymphatic system and create BYG improvements in your overall health. The practice is moderate and easy to follow along at any level.
